  We want you to love every piece you purchase, and we take great care in curating high-quality vintage and modern styles. Please review our return policy before placing your order.

  
  

  Vintage & Sale Items

  All vintage and sale items are final sale.

  Due to the unique and limited nature of these pieces, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds. Please review product descriptions, photos, and sizing details carefully before purchasing.

  
  

  New Collection Items

  We gladly accept returns for store credit only on new (non-vintage) items within 7 days of delivery.

  To qualify for store credit:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Tags must still be attached
  • Item must be free of deodorant, perfume, or makeup stains

   

  Please note:

  • Store credit is issued once your return is received and inspected.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  
  

  Damaged or Incorrect Items

  We inspect every order before it ships, but if you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@sbvcboutique.com.

  Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • A short description of the issue

   

  If approved, we will issue a replacement or store credit.

  How to Start a Return

  To initiate a return for a new (non-vintage) item:

  1. Email info@sbvcboutique.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions and the return address.
  3. Securely package your item and ship it back within 5 business days of receiving approval.
  4. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue store credit via email.

  
  

  Additional Notes

  • Accessories, earrings, and live sale items are final sale.
  • We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.
  • SBVC Boutique reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
